Assistant Property Manager

Rate: £19.41 LTD per hour

Location: Oxford

Contract: Temporary, full-time

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected housing organisation for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality housing services, ensuring properties are well managed, tenants are supported, and homes are ready for new occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the allocation of accommodation in line with policy and procedure

Prepare and process tenancy paperwork, ensuring accurate records are maintained

Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including inspections and key handovers

Ensure vacant properties are prepared and ready to let promptly

Act as a first point of contact for tenants, partners, and other stakeholders

Assist with low-level rent arrears, offering advice and support where appropriate

Report repairs and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion

Carry out general administrative duties to support the housing management functionAbout You:

Previous experience in a housing, property management, or lettings environment

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
