Assistant Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

Creating a great first impression by greeting and assisting clients and visitors

Handling day-to-day admin tasks to keep things running smoothly

Managing enquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care

Ensuring the centre is always safe, tidy, and presentable

Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks and projects

What We're Looking For:

A natural communicator with a passion for great customer service

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks

Confident working independently and taking initiative

Calm under pressure with a can-do attitude
