Description
As a home brewer, I have a surplus of scoby and pellicles. For anyone who desires to try their hand at home brewing kombucha , I’m selling one pellicle and 8oz of scoby starter for 5£.
Please note: kombucha home brewed has no chemical interventions so the fermentation process continues — the point at which I transfer the kit to you marks a time clock on when it should be born into a new batch. Because the scoby fluid is mature , you have a maximum of five days from when you buy it to use it in a new batch lest you want vinegar!
