I had a leak in my roof which all others were quoting silly money. Darren contacted me immediately was on-site the same day. My wife said he was really nice and I must use him. He provided a very competitive quote and came the next morning and fixed the roof and provided a guarantee. I am leaving this review a few weeks after it was fixed and it's been raining and snowing and no sign of any water coming through. I thoroughly recoomend Darren (DS Roofing) and will definetely use him again. In fact I have already recommended to a commercial company.

Darren and his team rescued me and my roof from a less than satisfactory experience with another roofing (?) firm. Mark replaced the unsafe timberwork. The combined efforts left me feeling more secure and safe from future catastrophes which could have occured due to the roofs failure.

It was obvious form the start that Darren knew his stuff and he quoted me a better quote for a better standard of roof than the others did. he explained options and costs and even promised it wouldnt go over a certain amount so stuck to his original quote. the job was not as easy as he anticipated and was bigger than planned but all agreements stood. He kept me informed of date changes due to the rain and coped with a difficult neighbour calmly. pleasant, polite and friendly team. would definately hire again. Jacqui
