I used Bespoke Construction twice this year. They were extremely friendly, hard-working and helpful, and I highly recommend them. At the start of the year, they worked on my own recently purchased house to fix up items the surveyor found (including repointing roof ridge and hip tiles, redundant copper pipe removed from attic, soffit vents installed at front, house and chimney repointing, low level rendered wall plinth reattachment). I spoke to 3 different companies in Belfast and felt Bespoke Construction NI talked the most sense. They are highly skilled and can do many different kinds of repairs a house might need. A month ago I elicited their help again to repair my mothers garage roof (including eve trays, refelting, hip trays, dry ridge roof, lead replacement, gutter down spout). In both cases, Mark (Mario) kept us informed on progress, issues, and possible solutions. Repairs were discussed and explained before they were done, and photos were taken to show us the damage and repairs done. Importantly, they don't try to recommend things you don't actually need (the surveyor listed something that while they could do it - it was unnecessary for my type of house saving me the cost of "fixing" something that wasn't broken). Work was started and completed in good time and the price was reasonable compared with others. All in all, we were delighted with the results.
