Richard is a very rude and dishonest person. He constantly lies . He takes money from people for their work but fails to complete it properly. His behavior towards others is disrespectful, and he avoids responsibility by not answering phone calls. Instead of delivering on his promises, he repeatedly makes excuses. In short, Richard takes people’s money without doing the work and treats them poorly.

GB roofing came to do gutter cleaning... £40. Then found problems with my ridge tiles, gable end and a broken tile. So went from initial quote to £1200.. was told I would be given an invoice and guarantee. After chasing for 2l3 days no responses on email or phone. I have had work checked. The mix used was not fit for purpose. The mess left around my property.. moss all over buts of mix on flat roof and stuck in my astro turf....
Please get quotes. Yes it worked about cheaper than having scaffolding up, but not for the work done. Trading standards has been contacted as have van details and pictures of all involved off the various cameras around my property.

Poor Quality Roofing Job
We used GB Roofing for a small roof repair. The tiles were not properly secured, and now we have another leak just weeks later. No response to follow-up calls. I regret hiring them.

avoid at all costs i hired this firm to clean my roof they turned up with their ladders and a six inch wire brush to do the cleaning that was too slow so they borrowed my pointing trowel to scrape the moss from the rear side of the roof which had a lot of moss on it the moss rolled into the gutter so he scooped it out with his hand onto the floor then after a quick sweep up he was finished he did not bother sweeping the loose moss or tile dust from the roof it took me 3 hours to wash the gutter out the next day and to sweep up all the mess he left outside so be warned
