I was a bit nervous about getting a new roof, but the team of Black indigo company made the process stress-free. Our project manager, was an excellent communicator. They answered all of my questions, explained the different material options, and even helped us navigate the insurance claim process. When we ran into a minor issue, they were quick to address it and find a solution that worked for us. Their transparency and honesty were truly appreciated.
