Description
A vintage Yamaha Studio Lord SL 400s finished in a Brown Sunburst, one for the collector and discerning buyer. Made between 1979 and 1982 according to Alston-Family website, a truly knowledgeable website on Yamaha's and well worth checking out. This Guitar is great, the Japanese build quality is outstanding. The neck feels super smooth and really well finished, it's one of those guitars that's difficult to put down, you just want to keep on playing. I currently 2 Gibson Les Pauls , a Custom and a Traditional, I've had 2 Tokai's Love Rocks in the past, a Korean and a Chinese one. This Yamaha will more than hold its own on playability with the Gibson's. The pick guard has been removed but will be included. Condition wise it's very good as you can see from the photos, yes there's the occasional blemmish, chip and even a little buckle rash but this is only apparent under close inspection. If your interested please come and try it out you'll not be disappointed.I'd rather the guitar is picked up but i'm willing to package it but you would have to arrange the carriage. I can also meet within reason and I'm located in the South of Scotland 20 miles SW of Edinburgh. Feel free to ask any questions or request more photos.
