Description
Top class handmade guitar made by well regarded luthier James Payze.
Swamp ash body in a nitro finish which is aged deliberately to create lacquer checking. High end hardware including a Gotoh locking trem, Schaller tuners, 2 Seymour Duncan pickups and a Tremol-No.
The parts alone are worth more than half of the asking price.
Both pickups are coil split and there is an active boost which is adjustable up to +30db. These are activated by push push pots.
The neck is a comfortable C shape with 6130 fretwire fitted.
James usually makes guitars to order, this would cost around £1700 as a custom build.
A unique guitar made in England at a bargain price, being sold as an ex demo model.
