Description
Rare early Maton JB-4 (Jumbuck) Fretless Bass in exceptional condition.
Made in Australia, the Maton JB-4 was an iconic bass guitar in the Southern Hemisphere in the 70s, 80s and 90s and used by many top bands at the time.
The original Maton JB-4s were built between 1977 and 1994 with only 473 made. This JB-4F fretless bass was built in 1978 and has a Serial Number of 032.
Plays and sounds brilliant - Wonderful deep round sound. (see internet for rave revues by various people over the years).
