Description
Selling my beautiful mid 70s Les Paul. Owned for roughly 7 years but it's time to move it on to someone who will love it and play it more than I do. I haven't taken it out of the house since buying it because I'm a massive coward and I'm terrified it'll get damaged/stolen. If I were a richer man I wouldn't be selling it.
This really is a beautiful guitar - comes with a bit of buckle rash as well as a few bumps and bruises which is to be expected for a guitar this old. Next year it'll be a 50 year old instrument and I imagine its value will skyrocket as is the case with 99% of vintage Gibson guitars. This is also a natural/tobacco burst finish, which is (from what I've been told) a rare colour for Les Paul Deluxes of this era.
ALL ORIGINAL apart from the frets - I'd have loved to keep the originals if possible but they were worn down and knackered (lots of dead spots and buzzes). I have kept hold of the original frets just in case you want to make a necklace out of them. The bridge saddles have also been swapped out to increase playability, but I still have the originals if you want to get them reinstalled.
Drop me a message if you'd like to come and have a look/play it first. Please don't drop over 3 grand on something you haven't even seen in person (unless you're a millionaire).
Comes with original hardshell case. I might also throw in a pack of Ernie Ball 10s if you're polite enough.
