Full Description:

On sale is my beloved Fender Deluxe VM 40W tube combo amp, which I’m reluctantly parting with as I’ll be moving into a smaller upstairs flat that just won’t have the space for it.

This amp is in excellent condition, comes with the original footswitch, and includes a padded leather HOTCOVERS cover that fits perfectly. It was fully serviced and retubed in 2021, but honestly hasn’t seen much playing time since. I’ve been at university, so it’s mostly been tucked away safely in the cupboard under the stairs.

It’s an absolute beast: perfect for quiet playing at home on volume 1, but also more than capable of filling a venue when you open it up. With real tubes it gives that smooth, warm tone and natural response that digital and solid-state amps can’t match.

The only blemish is a small lift in the tolex above the “Deluxe” logo. This is purely cosmetic and has no effect on how it plays. All the lights, knobs, and switches work exactly as they should with no crackles or issues.

I’ll really miss this amp — it’s been a joy to own, and I’d love to see it go to someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I have.
