Description
2010 MIM Telecaster Acoustasonic I bought in the USA. Special wooden bridge section with built-in Fishman Aura acoustic emulator with 4 acoustic guitar sound options and a stacked blend controller. Still looks like new apart from slight aged body colouration from being 35 years old.
Sounds great. Ideal for quickly swapping between electric and acoustic sounds while playing, or blending the two sounds for a new effect.
Solid heavy ash body with built-in sound pockets. Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. Looks and feels like a proper Telecaster, not the ugly new design. Made in Mexico. They only made these for 3 years (2010-2013) so not many around in the UK.
Piezo bridge pickup and Custom Shop 'Twisted' Single Coil neck pickup.
Spec says colour is Olympic White, but it has a lovely off-white aged vintage look to it now.
No case, so prefer door pick up
