1975 IBANEZ CONCORD 750-12 “Brazilian Scent” 12-string guitar.

Description

This Ibanez Concord 750-12 12-string is a beautiful example and in unusually good condition for the year.

It has a spruce top with attractively figured jacaranda back and sides. The fretboard is ebonised rosewood.

The tone is rich and deep with complex harmonics.

Although the overall condition is excellent there are 3 small cosmetic issues I would like to make buyers aware of. There are a couple of fingerprints under the finish (clearly visible in one of the pictures) and a fine line of the rosewood grain in the back was filled – both of these from the time of manufacture. There is also a small crack in the headstock (barely visible). The price has already taken these minor issues into account.

This is a stunning instrument which plays well and looks amazing. It comes with a vintage hard case (one clasp missing).

The guitar can be collected from near Chepstow. Alternatively, and subject to payment in advance, I will deliver for free within a 40 mile radius (or rendez-vous at M’way services e.g. M4 Leigh Delamere, M5 Strensham etc). I will not ship, but I will securely pack the guitar for transport if the buyer wants to arrange a courier at their own expense and under their own insurance.
