I am a full time professional guitar teacher who has taught over 30,000 guitar lessons over the last 16 years, teaching from complete beginners to advanced level. I teach privately via Skype/Zoom/Facetime to people worldwide and also in private and state schools! All ages and abilities are welcome!

I have taught people of all backgrounds such as Doctors, Hairdressers, Teachers with an MBE, Builders, Businessmen and women, Celebrity Bodyguards, Surgeons, Nurses, people with disabilities such as blindness, Retired men and women and many children. I've also got a video review from former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Gus G. I've also learnt from some famous celebrity guitarists.

I am based in the West Midlands but i specialise in online lessons across the UK via Zoom and Facetime!

I have taught hundreds of people mostly through word of mouth! I hold optional performance opportunities for students throughout the year if they wish to partake.

David is very patient and professional in his work, I’m a complete novice in playing a guitar and feel that in only 4 lessons I’ve learnt how to at least make a tune on the guitar of a sound I recognise, would definitely recommend him best decision I’ve ever made in picking him to teach me!

David is an excellent and patient teacher. Each week I can see genuine progress whereas before when I was just relying on YouTube videos I struggled with motivation and plateaued quickly. Having a live video lesson is every bit as worthwhile as an in-person lesson because you still get the instant feedback needed to confirm that what you're doing is correct.

My daughter started lessons with David during lockdown, he has been able to engage well with her which is a feat in itself and her playing is rapidly improving. David was very helpful in getting her guitar set up corrected and is very encouraging with suggesting grade exams etc. We would recommend David highly to any potential client 🎸🎼

I connected to David through a networking group, I was looking for guitar lessons and wanted someone who could provide a person centered approach. David's teaching method blends individual aspects of learning the guitar into manageable bit sized chunks allowing you to not only learn the techniques but also experiment with different chord progressions, strumming patterns and then link them to other techniques. He provides a simply but effective method which for the money is outstanding. My only surprise is how much he charges - honesty get in there now before he realises he could charge more. First class teacher can't recommend him enough.

Gutiaria Music tuition, excellent professional. David is incredibly efficient teacher for my son. David has completely transformed the way my son plays since my son was introduced to guitar, there are so much more feeling, sleekness, and accuracy in his pieces now. David is extremely through and careful in his approach, yet very nice, friendly and gives encouragement and confidence. Finally, being myself into music I can confidently say that David has excellent skills and enthusiasm. We highly recommend him.
