Highly recommended!! As a first time buyer, it was the first time working with a builder on a large renovation project so I was nervous given all the horror stories I have read. Thankfully Total Construct were both extremely professional and work was completely to a high standard. Joseph pays a lot of attention to detail, communicates often and was great at offering advice and options whenever newly discovered issues came up.

We cannot thank Joseph, John and the rest of the team at total construct enough for completely transforming our downstairs into a stunning open plan space! Having received quotes from 5 other builders, we decided to go with total construct as Joseph stood out from the start as being extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of building work and provided us with great ideas for our house which we did not think of. He also guided us through any issues that came up wand provided us with excellent cost saving solutions. His team are extremely hard working, they arrived at 8am everyday and worked a full day, sometimes not even taking a break. As we were moving out of our property for over 3 months, I wanted a team of builders who I could really trust and joseph was great in organising and receiving delivers. I've worked with countless builders in the past on other projects but can honestly say that total construct are the best, their finish is to an extremely high standard and they strive for perfection!
