Fully functional. 9 speed settings (although tbh 1-4 I never use).
Comes with:
* charged 27 hole battery + charger
* 2 sets of wheels(one with winter tracks on and other for summer)
* motocaddy accessory station
* umbrella holder
* scorecard/spare golf ball holder
* travel bag.
Set of spare wheels go for £35-£50 alone; 2nd hand travel bag costs over £20; Umbrella holder £25'ish; scorecard holder £25'ish.
So accessories alone cost you over £100 to buy.
