I originally employed them to concrete garden area, remove and dig out a rockery. I was in a vulnerable situation at the time and they became overwhelmingly persuasive. They bombard you with phone calls, emails and the boss on site will come up with new projects which despite saying, I don't need, want or can afford, will pressure you until you give in. It went from one job that I wanted, which was not completed fully to entire front concreted, new front wall that apparently needed replacing, fences painted, cladding ,new conservatory and the list continued over 9 months. It made me ill.
