Selling our collections (hoards) of mostly French vintage items that have been acquired over many years until finally we have no room for more!
We got this vintage acrylic BILLECART-SALMON champagne bucket at a brocante in near Epernay, Champagne.
It’s a sturdy large ice bucket or cooler for the world famous champagne house BILLECART-SALMON that holds up to about six standard size bottles.
Used and now a little worn but still in a good, sound, functional condition for it’s original purpose, or perhaps as an unusual planter…
In very good vintage condition with light wear and staining from use but no damage - please examine photos carefully for condition.
This has been well used but I have washed and checked it over and I can’t find anything other than light wear and scratches which I’ve tried to photograph - see photos.
Still watertight.
The interior and base are a little worn and stained but sound.
Marked to the base:
MADE IN ITALY
PATENT ITALESSE ITALY ARCHIKO DESIGN
Measures approximately:
26 cm tall,
45 cm long,
24 cm wide,
weighs about 1.3 kg.
