JOB DESCRIPTION
I'm looking for a handyman to do general maintenance work on my house and another property. I have a landlord, but his maintenance guy is unreliable and incompetent, so I'm looking for someone I can use instead. Right now I need a electric socket fixing and two catches fitting on a window. So not any major jobs, but small ones I can throw your way on a regular basis, for my house and the other property the landlord has.

Big aquarium allpondsolutions written on it the lighting is broken?? No idea, do not know hiw and what to do? Is there some specialust to cone and check what we need to replace and how?? No lights anymore in our big fishtank where is lot of fish. It gas fluorescent lighting system, do not know anything more , do not know how to get it out, do need a specialust who could check is it possible to fix lights or we need to buy the new ligts system or to change existing light system to the some new different lights???

We have just moved to a new house and need a few small jobs doing to start with, such as putting up shelves and curtain poles. Our house needs a lot of on going work though, so if we're happy with the work carried out there will be lots more future work.
