Approximately 9' x 9' (2.75mtr x 2.75mtr)
High quality, heavy duty construction with 18mm thick tongue and groove timber (4 x sides and 2 x roof sections) The approximate max height of the front and rear panels to the apex is 92" (234 cm)
The base is made up of two sections which then has full laminate flooring complete with underlay (as supplied new) Some of the underlay may require replacing due to bits of it crumbling
Dismantled 3-4 years ago with a view to relocating it, but plans changed hence the sale. Summerhouse has been stored outside on bearers to keep it off the ground and covered with tarpaulins
The summerhose is assembled using a mixture of 2" and 3" screws, unfortunately, these have been misplaced over time but should be relatively cheap to replace
It would benefit from a fresh coat of wood preserver or paint, in the colour of your choice
It will also need some new roofing felt, possibly just to cover the apex depending on the condition of the existing felt
Please be aware, each section is very heavy !
