Description
Selling this storage 2m x 2.5m shed/garden room, built from solid timber, and clad in prefinished douglas fir repurposed and refinished engineered flooring. Can add insulation internally to walls and roof to upgrade. Floor has multifoil insulation below. All screwed together, except the roof membrane and trim, for easy dismantle and reassembly. Totally weathertight, vapour barrier included etc.
Constructed properly out of timber will last many many years. Barely a year old.
This is far better than the kit shed you would get at any shop. 2x3 wall studs, 2x4 floor joists, 2x3 roof joists all with 18mm osb to floors and roof, 11mm to walls. Can comfortably add internal shelving, hooks, etc. Stores a ton of stuff securely and all dry.
Skyguard EPDM roof. 1mm thick, good for 20yrs. PVC edge trims.
Hardwood window sill and door threshold. Everything finished in Osmo UV protection oil.
Lockable front door with Yale High Security BS 5 Lever Mortice Dead Lock, 2 keys.
Supported off blocks. 2.2m high off ground. Overhanging soffit measures 2.5m x 3m all around.
Must be dismantled and taken away from Kentish Town, hence the super low price.
It's prob worth more in the materials alone!
