9ft 10" x 8ft 9" shiplap boarded shed with T&G roof and floor.
The shed is 85 percent in sound condition, but needs re-roofing and some rotten boards and roof battens either replaced or repaired. The window needs pointing and glazing beads fitted. This will make a good shed for someone who got the time to give it some repairs.
The floor is generally very solid, with no bounce, though the joist at the door has rotted with the lower wall board needing repair.
