Already Dismantled (see last picture)
Overall size including the Roof Overhang
Width = 6 feet 8 inches / 2020mm
Depth = 5 feet 5 inches / 1660mm
Height = 6 feet / 1840mm
The Play House size minus the roof is 6 Feet by 4 Feet
The Play House has been used but still in really good condition
Gave it a coat of Ronseal Midnight Blue which I can include the paint with the sale.
Also comes with new felt / shed nails and screws
Wooden tongue and grove Sides, Floor and Roof
The door and window frames can easily be painted as it had a coat of natural oak oil.
Please note I could deliver for a fee depending where you are as you will need a large van or trailer
