The gable walls attach to the frame quickly using bungees and can also be replaced if necessary. Gable walls offer:

The extra-long ground skirt is a must-have in bad weather. Not only does it allow rainwater to run off at a good distance from the tent, but it also provides an effective barrier against wind.

The ground skirt prevents soil moisture from getting into the tent: reduces tarpaulin movement in windy conditions ; covers the perimeter around the tent to a distance of 30cm: attaches to the ground and the ground bar
There is a ground frame with this marquee which aids stability.

The poles and tarpaulins are in boxes with all the fixings and instructions for construction (as well as there being a You Tube video on line).4 of us erected the marquee in a couple of hours.
