11.4QT CAPACITY: The deep fryer is designed with a 11.4QT/10.8L tank. Great for cooking French Fries, onion rings, egg rolls, panko shrimp and other deep fried food. Recommended Oil Capacity: up to 6.85QT/6.48L. Basket Capacity: 4.2QT/4L
ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE: The temperature can be adjusted from 60℃ to 200℃ (140℉ to 392℉) for frying different kinds of food. And U-shaped stainless steel heating tubes is helpful for evenly heat distribution.
SAFE: The deep fryer comes with a lid and a basket. Lid can prevent boiled oil from splashing and basket with handle can protect your hand from being scalded.
EASY TO CLEAN: The tank can be detached for easy cleaning. And it has a residue plate for filtering out the dregs.
DIMENSIONS: The overall dimension of the deep fryer is about 17.3”L x 11”W x 12.2”H. (Measuring the space where you'd like to use the item before purchase may ensure a better fit for space). And the size of the frying basket is about 8.3"L x 7.3"W x 4.1"H. Suitable for home and commercial use.
