The Breville Halo Fryer is the healthy way to fry, bake, saut and roast a huge variety of your favourite foods. It uses far less oil to produce a delicious portion of chips than a regular 3L fryer and rotates to give an even crispiness without manual turning or shaking. When making oven chips or frozen foods, it does not even need any oil at all! The Halo Fryer contains a halogen heating element, which produces instant heat, so no preheating is needed.
