Description

2012 Ford Transit MOT runs out March 2026

I am having to sell my Ford transit H3/L3 due to ill health
The van does need some attention
The engine is in good working order and only has 96000 miles on the clock
I have been advised the clutch has burnt out and the turbo is on its way out. The van will not drive as the gears wont engage due to the clutch needing replacement I would usually do this work myself but I can no longer have full use of my hands and rely more and more on my wheelchair so I reluctantly need to allow the van to be finished by someone else that will cherish her
I have recently replaced the two front tyres these are hankook tyres
It had a full service in April 2025
I have fitted the van out myself. As you can see the interior still needs some work
The van does have 200w solar panels fitted on the roof this runs to a AC/DC unit which is also connected to the engine which feed 3 100amph gel batteries
There is also a Chinese diesel heater
A 60L water tank and a new boiler that has recently been added and connected to the shower and kitchen tap the sink is an old copper pan big enough to wash a dinner plate
The copper effect splash back is resin I made this
myself it has two roof windows one with extractor fan the other has fly and sunscreen
Behind the boiler i started to build a wardrobe with space for over 20 hangers.
