Description
For Sale: Ford Focus 1.0 Turbocharged Engine
I've owned the car for over three years.
Heated windscreen.
17inches alloys with brand new tyres Uniroyal Rainsport 5 fitted in mid-March (cost me over £400). They're one of the best choices for the British rainy weather.
A very good and reliable car with strong acceleration. It has never let us down.
The boot is very spacious.
Tinted rear windows.
All maintenance has been carried out on time.
The car has the auto start-stop feature, but
it's currently disabled. Apparently switched off by the previous owner. It might be easily re-enabled using diagnostic software or a computer. We've never used it ourselves, but it hasn't caused any issues.
The only minor issue is that the engine warning light occasionally appears, especially during motorway driving. I've been told it's due to a lambda sensor, which is not a serious problem. The car consistently passes MOT emissions tests with good results.
Low road tax-only £35 per year.
Insurance is also affordable; I pay around £40 per month for basic cover without any add-ons.
I'm planning to transfer my insurance to the new car, which could be an advantage for the buyer-starting a new insurance policy slightly in advance can sometimes help reduce the initial premium.
