MOT until Oct 2025 | 53,000 miles | Manual | Purple
Selling my 1997 Ford Fiesta LX – low mileage, reliable for short trips, and still running. I’ve upgraded to a newer car, so sadly it’s time to let this one go.
Recent work:
• 4 new tyres + tracking done
• Welding completed 2 years ago
• All electrics working fine
Things to note:
• Cooling system not working – overheats in traffic, fine for short journeys or cruising on motorways.
• Clutch OK for now but may need replacing within a year (slips if overheated)
• Brakes likely need work for next MOT
• Gearbox leak was flagged but no obvious signs on the ground
• Cosmetic body damage (purely visual)
Ideal as a cheap runaround, project car, or for someone who can do their own repairs. Could also be good for parts.
