The good points....
Everything works, including the air con.
I have owned this car for 13 years and it has been regularly serviced and looked after.
Any repairs needed were done straight away.
It is a solid workhorse and very reliable
At its last MOT my local garage said it was ‘solid’ underneath, with no rot, so the next MOT should not be an expensive one.
It is a very roomy, family car and has never let me down

The bad points....
The paintwork on the top nearside of the car has faded - see picture
There may be a small leak from the windscreen washer bottle but it is very high up on the bottle, so the reservoir will still hold a lot of washer fluid, just don’t fill it to the very top.
There are some age-related marks on the car. It is an older car, after all.

Genuine reason for sale – (slightly) newer car forces sale.
