Put the inner bowl in the freezer for 24 hours, make then chill your ice cream base, turn on, and pour in your mixture. About 15-20 minutes later, ice cream or sorbet is yours! Plus you know exactly what’s in it, and you can vary the flavours and recipes to your tastes.
