Description
A little about me, I am a fully qualified, triathlon coach coaching triathletes from beginners to those who have been doing the sport for a while. I treat every athlete as an individual and all plans are completely bespoke. to begin we we will do initial assessments which help me to determine your training, including specific strength and conditioning. We would speak either weekly or fortnightly on video call and touch base on the training and plan from there to be fully adaptable to what you need
My price includes the regular catch up call, nutrition coaching, a premium Training Peaks account, biomechanical analysis, personalised strength and conditioning, un analysis when needed (always initially then later if needed), personalised swim sets (if it’s possible to get me swim videos, then a swim analysis), access to Lanzarote Training camps where you just pay flights, accommodation and food, the coaching is included. I help you to plan your race paces using Bestbikesplit and do a regular data analysis.
