Absolute wicked coach, worked with David. Never made me feel belittled or embarrassed for not knowing a thing about boxing or the gym. Boosted my confidence (and my strength) and gave me a new passion for something. Highly recommend!

David of Team Seymour has been my boxing coach/Pt for the past couple of months. He is friendly and professional and punctual. He takes his time to Show you exactly how things are done, even if a complete beginner like myself he definitely get the best out of you.I would highly recommend him to anyone willing to learn boxing. 5 star service!
