I hired this company (James and Fred) through Bark for a GRP roofing job on a small dormer (just 2 square meters), and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. I regret not checking their reviews more carefully—had I done so, I would have seen that they clearly have no roofing experience. Their background in things like "hedge trimming" and "cleaning" makes sense now, but they are completely unqualified for specialist work like GRP roofing. The job they did was not just poor—it was unusable. The workmanship was appalling, with no attention to detail, no understanding of the materials, and zero technical skill. When I raised concerns, they didn’t try to fix it—they just argued aggressively and defensively. It was a deeply unprofessional and stressful experience from start to finish. I paid them 75% of agreed price, which is now wasted. A qualified roofer has since looked at the job and confirmed it needs to be completely redone. they broke almost 22 tiles on my roof, I now have to spend more money on new materials and labor just to correct their mess. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and pursuing a legal claim/case. Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this company for anything beyond basic yard work—especially for roofing or any job requiring real skill and experience.

Fred is a very well mannered young man, my driveway looks great and he also went round the back and gave my patio a jetwash and re-seal while he was round!
