Sole LCR R92 exercise bike. Worth over £1,000 this bike is fab as it’s so comfortable and easy to work out on. Unfortunately due to its size we cannot accommodate it anymore 😞 it has a built in cooling fan which is great, all different work outs and it’s powered on shell cycling so efficient too no plug ins. You can plug in headphones and listen to music and has cup holders. It has a small tear on the chair and few scuffs marks but other than that it’s great and ready to go. The chair, handle bars and screen detach so an estate car would be ok to fit it in or in one piece a van.

A 9” LCD display feeds back your workout information in real-time, with the console also incorporating cooling fans, a device holder, a USB charging port and built-in speakers. Easy-to-reach buttons let you increase the intensity of your workout mid-ride, and with Bluetooth® 5.0 with FTMS protocol, you can connect to leading fitness apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Strava, Apple Health Kit and more via the SOLE+ App. There are 10 built-in workout programs, which include Manual, 5 Standard Programs, 2 User and 2 HRC. For heart rate monitoring, the R92 includes hand pulse sensors on the handlebars, plus a built-in BLE and 5KHz receivers
