Himaly mini exercise bike supplied by Amazon.(Current price £39.99) This portable unit is perfect for Post Op exercise as can be used for both arm and leg/hip post op exercises .The small size allows you to exercise whilst working as fits under desk. Resistance can be adjusted by knob. LCD readout for calories/ time etc . Light weight and easily stored unlike a full size bike. Complete with anti slip mat. Used for Post Op exercise only and no longer used. In perfect condition. Offered at below half current advertised price.
