Fully functional backlit display records time, distance, calories, speed and heart rate. 75 levels of adjustable resistance. Preset workouts built in along with quick start mode. Adjustable seat height and depth. Adjustable handlebar angle.
Transportation wheels on the front to move it around with ease. Installation instruction manual included (although not really needed as it is fully built) but PDF instruction manual re: working the screen is also available online although very easy to use without. Powered by electric. Plug included.
