Having just appointed Revive Property Management as my new managing agent, I found the team to be very professional, polite and thorough regarding works needed in the property for next tenant. The advertisement for the property was done to high standards which also included a walk through video. As the owner of the property who hasn’t physically been to the property since purchasing it three years ago, I am very keen to have a professional agent looking after it and really pleased to work with Revive Property Management going forward. We have had many dealings with revive propertys. We have very recently just purchased a property that they had up for sale. From beginning to end paul Rimmer was brilliant. Paul took us around the property and done the negotiations with the owner until we reached a deal that everyone was happy with. As the sale went through paul and his staff kept in touch until we finally got the keys last week. It’s been a pleasure doing buisness with paul and his great honest reliable team at revive and hopefully we will have more dealings with revive in the future . I would highly recommend Revive as Paul and his team have made the marketing and selling of my property simple and stress free. Paul has a good knowledge of the local area and market and is always available to answer any questions. As an independent business their fees are cheaper than other high street Estate Agents plus they provide the personal touch.
