Rented with originally letting shop then it went over to leaders for 20 years in total Viktorija was our property manager I found her to be polite easy to contact, our end of tenancy was dealt with quickly and effectively and whilst managing the property any problem was dealt with professionally and straight away I found her to be a very nice person with excellent customer service.

A big thank you to Gemma for helping to get the next door neighbours fence sorted out after no one wanted to know. She is always so polite even after i had a bit of a rant one day,not like the ignorant person i spoke to at the letting agent that lets that property.

I am delighted to be part of such amazing letting company. They are very professional and always resolve the queries. I have been in contact with Sophie all these times since I have moved in, I have had wonderful experience with her. She is attentive, good listener and she makes sure that tenants are satisfy with their needs. Sophie is prompt to emails or calls. When I moved in Kettle was not in good condition, I mentioned this to Sophie and with immediate effect kettle was deliver to our house. Thanks to Sophie and landlord for being kind and considerate. I have been using Leaders for a few years now and I can honestly say they are the best letting agent that I have used by far. Always keep me up to date with regular checks, pictures and reports on my property, which are easy accessible through their online portal. Always have great communication with Rob. And if there are any problems they are always dealt with promptly and efficiently. Dealings concerning contracts & rental renewals are also a very easy process. Highly recommended.
