I use a holistic blend of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). These are complemented by mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you find clarity and peace.
