The Role

As the Technical Supervisor (Electrical Bias), you ll:

Oversee day–to–day operations of the on–site maintenance team. Supervise and support electrical and general building services maintenance. Ensure all works are completed to high standards and in line with compliance and health & safety regulations. Liaise with client representatives and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage shift schedules, including early/late shifts and occasional weekend cover.

You

To be successful in the role of Technical Supervisor (Electrical Bias), you ll bring:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar supervisory or lead engineer role. Strong electrical background within commercial or corporate environments. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and client–facing skills.
