Description
Job Title: Site Manager (Sprinkler Systems)
Contract Length: 6 months (initially)
Project Type: Retail Distribution Sites
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of sprinkler systems on retail distribution projects. This is a 6–month contract with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day–to–day operations of sprinkler installation on–site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS requirements
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Maintain quality standards and project timelines
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience managing sprinkler system projects
NVQ in Site Management (or equivalent)
SMSTS certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Desirable:
Blue CSCS card related to sprinkler systems
