Senior Quantity Surveyor London Airports An exciting opportunity has come up to join a major global multidisciplinary engineering consultancy working at a Major London Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the high profile complex infrastructure UK infrastructure project gaining commercial experience in Airfield Works. What they offer: Salary 50,000 - 70,000 Flexible working arrangements High profile projects working directly with Tier 1 contractors Focus on Career Progression with acclaimed Training Programmes Requirements: 4+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor London Based NEC Contract Knowledge Background in - Infrastructure/Airports/Civil Engineering Working towards Chartered status or other recognised bodies Previous experience in Mechanical and Electrical works is desirable but not essential Duties: Manage cost reporting, including Cost/Value Reconciliations, Bottom-Up and End-of-Life Cost Reports. Handle subcontractor accounts, payments, valuations, and contract administration (including early warnings and compensation events). Lead commercial aspects of projects, including drafting subcontract packages and client applications for payment. Monitor and report project costs, conduct regular site visits, and identify/manage commercial risks and opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring collaboration, value, and quality delivery.
