Description

Are you a visionary Senior Interior Designer ready to shape the future of workplace environments?

We're looking for a dynamic, hands–on designer with 8–10 years' experience to join a leading London–based design studio working across high–profile workplace, commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential projects. This is a full–time, permanent role offering the opportunity to lead concept–to–completion design on inspiring, cutting–edge spaces.

Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP65,000 depending on experience

What you'll bring to the table:

Proven workplace design expertise with a strong portfolio of mid–to–large commercial projects

Confident client–facing skills and the ability to lead design teams, engage stakeholders, and present bold ideas with clarity and conviction

An established network of agents and industry contacts, and an interest in driving business development opportunities

The ability to work across all RIBA stages, balancing conceptual creativity with technical accuracy

All–rounder capability – from workplace strategy to detailed FF&E specification and documentation

Passion for quality, attention to detail, and the resilience to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects

A confident team leader who can mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across all levels

A designer who's proactive, full of energy, and driven to improve both process and output

Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written

Additional experiences:

Experience contributing to pitch documents and fee proposals

A solid understanding of interior architecture and FF&E, and how they integrate

Involvement in wider marketing strategy or brand development

Essential digital skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign

Experience with SketchUp or similar modelling software is preferred
