We're on the lookout for an experienced Electrical GSP Lead to join our team in Basingstoke. If you're passionate about delivering innovative solutions and want to play a key role in high-impact projects, this could be your next big move.

What will I be doing?

As our Electrical GSP Lead, you'll take ownership of electrical projects from start to finish leading design, installation, and commissioning efforts while keeping everything on time and on budget. You'll develop smart solutions for Grid Supply Projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure all work meets the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

What do I need to succeed?

You'll bring a solid background in Electrical Engineering (or a related field), along with a deep understanding of electrical systems, industry standards, and regulations. Your strong project management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams will be key to your success, and you're confident using the latest tools and software for electrical design and project delivery.
