Senior AV Engineer – Residential Projects (C4 / Crestron Home / Lutron)

Location: North London (mainly London–based, some Home Counties + international travel)

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 + Van + Annual Bonus

Full Clean Driving Licence Required

Are you an experienced Residential AV Engineer who can install with your eyes closed?

Our client, a leading high–end AV integration specialist working across prime and super–prime residential projects, is seeking a confident and technically skilled Senior AV Engineer to join their growing team.

This role is critical to delivering complex AV solutions for luxury properties, working hands–on across installations and programming. You'll be based out of North London, with projects primarily in London and the Home Counties, and occasional travel abroad for high–profile installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Full–site management and hands–on installation of AV systemsProgramming and troubleshooting using Control4, Lutron, and Crestron HomeOverseeing daily site activity, managing small teams when neededManaging and configuring Ubiquiti / Unifi networking systemsCommissioning multi–room audio, video distribution, and cinema systemsClient handover and post–installation supportRequirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in residential AV (prime and super–prime sector)Expert in Control4, Crestron Home, and Lutron programmingStrong understanding of network infrastructure (Unifi/Ubiquiti)Hands–on experience with high–end AV installs including home cinemasAble to lead projects on–site and solve technical challenges independentlyFull UK Driving Licence (van provided)Flexibility to travel abroad for up to 2–3 weeks at a timePassionate about quality and customer experienceWhat's on Offer:
