Location: South West London

Start Date: September 2025

Full–Time Term–Time Only Long–Term or Permanent

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary or secondary school in South West London.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to making a real difference in a child's educational journey.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delaysProviding 1:1 or small group support in and out of the classroomWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning and careHelping pupils access the curriculum and develop social/emotional skillsAssisting with EHCP targets, behaviour plans, and progress trackingIdeal Candidate:

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar settingA calm, nurturing, and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine interest in supporting children with diverse needsRelevant qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE, Team Teach, PECS, Makaton) are a bonus but not essentialWhat We Offer:
