Responsibilities

As a Water Hygiene Plumber / Commercial Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and compliance of our clients' facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues in commercial plumbing systems.Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.Conducting routine inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.Collaborating with team members, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including PPM and reactive maintenance.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipework, and drainage in commercial settings.A full UK driving license (essential).

Day–to–Day

Your typical day will involve:

Conducting scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently.Addressing urgent plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.Installing and upgrading plumbing systems to meet client requirements.Maintaining detailed records of work completed and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional service.
