The Role

As the Multi–skilled Engineer, you ll:

– Undertake maintenance and reactive activity across a range of M&E & Fabric Building equipment.

– Complete planned maintenance tasks in line with the maintenance schedule.

– Identify and resolve faults with building services equipment proactively.

– Collaborate with sub–contractors to perform statutory tests and inspections.

– Ensure technical services are delivered safely and efficiently, adhering to compliance standards.

You

To be successful in the role of Multi–skilled Engineer, you ll bring:

– Relevant experience in electrical or mechanical building services and plant engineering.

– An HND or NVQ in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.

– Good communication skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.

– Proficiency in IT skills including Excel and CAFM systems.

– A full clean UK driving license.
